At Ray Glass Icicles, your satisfaction is our priority.

We do accept returns for Glass Items Shipped within 30 days. 


There is a $20.00 restocking fee
Customer pays for return shipment postage
Must be returned in original packaging.

We will issue refund within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.
